Recently, we held a forum in the 7th District to discuss the expansion of Direct Primary Care Services throughout Michigan. Michigan is on the verge of a free market revolution in healthcare in the wake of the passage of Senator Colbeck’s healthcare reform legislation that is now Public Act 522 of 2014.
Direct Primary Care Service provider networks will be launching throughout our state over the next few months. Patients will soon have Direct Primary Care Services healthcare options that offer lower prices and better care.
Doctors can now have a better work environment that allows them to avoid the bureaucracy of third party payers and spend more time caring for their patients.
Employers can have high quality health plans for their employees while saving 20%.
Consumers are getting back in the driver’s seat for their own healthcare…with or without Obamacare. If consumers demand Direct Primary Care Services, provider networks will follow.
