WOONSOCKET, R.I. — CVS Pharmacy announced Friday that as the enrollment period for Medicare Part D prescription drug plans begins on Oct. 15, it will be offering various in-store and online resources to help seniors determine the best plan for them.    Until the open enrollment period closes on Dec. 7, all 9,600 CVS Pharmacy stores will offer access to information about local and national Medicare Part D plans in English and Spanish. There will also be more than 11,000 informational events held in select stores featuring representatives from local health plans, who will provide Medicare Part D information to eligible patients and answer questions.
