There may be no single greater issue facing the American public today than the debate about individual health care. With Congress and the administration seemingly stymied in their attempts to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act — commonly known as Obamacare — many people find themselves vexed as far as costs and options are concerned. For those without an employer-sponsored plan, the price of insurance for an average family can run hundreds of dollars every month, a scenario that can easily tip the financial balance sheet of the average household budget.
