He received his MD-PhD from the medical scientist training program offered through the joint Baylor College of Medicine and Department of Bioengineering at Rice University. In his mid-thirties, Dr. Loo achieved fast, fat F.I.R.E. through his multiple investments, and subsequently started his consulting company in 2017 to promote financial literacy among physicians.
